Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of Tahiti Comms.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and TAHITI ENTERPRISES (U) LIMITED ("Tahiti," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing or using Tahiti Comms or related services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age that applies in your country or on a connected third-party platform. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
Where account access is offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.
Messaging service and acceptable use
You may use Tahiti Comms only for lawful communications and the purposes made available through the service. You are responsible for the messages and other content you submit and for having the rights or permissions necessary to submit them.
You must not:
- send spam, scams, unlawful threats, harassment or deceptive communications;
- upload malware or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to bypass security, probe systems, scrape the service, disrupt operation or gain unauthorised access;
- use the service to facilitate illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity; or
- use a connected Meta service in violation of Meta's applicable terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The service, branding, software, designs and original content supplied by us are owned by TAHITI ENTERPRISES (U) LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to transmit, process and display it to operate the service.
Third-party services
The service may interoperate with Meta products and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party's systems, content, availability or independent conduct.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It forms part of the rules applying to your use of the service.
Availability, changes and termination
We may maintain, update, limit, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security or legal risk, non-payment under a separate agreement, or harm to users, third parties or the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAHITI ENTERPRISES (U) LIMITED and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. We will publish the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Uganda.
